The Challenge
When the pandemic hit, professional sports faced a problem no one had planned for: how do you safely bring hundreds of players and staff back to arenas and training facilities? League protocols demanded proof of vaccination, clearance workflows, and up-to-date health status for every person in a team's environment, and none of that could run on spreadsheets.
Two of the largest professional sports leagues in the United States needed dedicated platforms to manage it. The systems had to be simple enough for players to use without training, strict enough to satisfy league health protocols, and ready quickly, because seasons do not wait for software.

Result
Outcome
Both leagues received working, league-branded compliance platforms during a period when speed mattered as much as correctness. Team staff could see at a glance who was cleared, players could manage their own records in minutes, and health protocols that would otherwise have been enforced through paperwork became a live, searchable system.
The engagement also demonstrated something we value: the engineering practices we developed in regulated clinical research translated directly to a completely different industry with its own urgency and its own rules.
